Who We Are

A foundation built on the belief that sustainable change begins with awareness, informed dialogue, and the right resources.

Dreams Peace Foundation works at the community level to address gaps in health awareness, education, and social confidence — the gaps that disproportionately affect women and young people in underserved communities across India.

Our interventions are grassroots in delivery and rigorous in design. We measure what we do, document what we learn, and build for the long term rather than the headline.

Three programmes.
One purpose.

Every programme we run addresses a specific, documented gap — and is designed to create lasting behavioural change, not just momentary relief.

Our Approach

We work with communities,
not for them.

National surveys continue to highlight that products alone don't change behaviour. Pad distribution schemes have run for over a decade in India — and yet a significant majority of rural women still lack satisfactory menstrual hygiene practices.

What fills the gap isn't more products. It's structured, trusted conversation. Facilitators who look like the community. Men and boys included in the room. Outcomes documented and fed back into programme design.

"Working closely with communities has shown us how silence — around abuse, around menstruation, around poverty — is reinforced by fear, stigma, and the absence of safe spaces."

— Dreams Peace Foundation, Field Reflection

Our Belief

"Silence is the biggest barrier. The day we start talking openly, half the problem is already solved."
