1. Introduction

Dreams Peace Foundation (DPF) is a registered non-profit organisation committed to creating sustainable social impact by addressing critical issues around menstrual health, gender equality, and community empowerment. Through its initiatives, DPF strives to build informed, healthy, and empowered communities across underserved regions of India.

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy outlines the guiding principles, focus areas, and implementation strategy that govern DPF's social impact activities.

2. Vision

To create an inclusive society where menstrual health and gender awareness are normalised and accessible to all, regardless of geography, income, or social background.

3. Mission

To drive awareness, education, and access to menstrual health resources through grassroots interventions and strategic partnerships that create long-term behavioural change.

4. Focus Areas

DPF's CSR activities are concentrated in the following areas:

  • Menstrual Health & Hygiene Awareness (Project Chuppi)
  • Comprehensive Sexuality Education
  • Women Empowerment & Community Development

  • Child Safety and Protection

5. Implementation Strategy

DPF implements its CSR activities through the following approaches:

  • On-ground workshops and awareness sessions in schools, colleges, and communities
  • School and community-based programme interventions
  • Partnerships with corporates, government institutions, and civil society organisations
  • Campaigns and digital outreach to amplify reach and impact
  • Training of community health educators and volunteers

6. CSR Principles

  • Transparency: Ethical and accountable use of funds, with regular disclosures to donors and partners
  • Inclusivity: Prioritising underserved and marginalised communities, including rural, peri-urban, and low-income populations
  • Sustainability: Designing programmes for long-term behavioural change rather than short-term outputs
  • Collaboration: Building strategic partnerships with corporates, government bodies, and civil society for greater scale and impact
  • Non-discrimination: Equal opportunity and inclusion across gender, religion, caste, and socio-economic background

7. Monitoring & Evaluation

DPF ensures continuous monitoring and evaluation of its programmes through:

  • Periodic impact assessments and data collection
  • Detailed field reports from programme teams
  • Beneficiary feedback mechanisms
  • Third-party evaluations where required
All programme data is collected in compliance with applicable data protection laws and with the informed consent of participants.

8. Financial Accountability

DPF maintains rigorous financial controls to ensure responsible use of funds:

  • All funds are maintained in designated bank accounts
  • Accounts are audited annually by a qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Utilisation certificates are issued to donors and corporate CSR partners upon request
  • DPF is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, enabling tax exemptions for donors

9. Reporting

Annual impact reports and CSR updates are prepared and shared with all stakeholders and partners. These reports include programme outcomes, financial summaries, and beneficiary statistics. Reports are made available upon request and published on DPF's official communication channels.

10. Review

This policy shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors of Dreams Peace Foundation to ensure it remains current, relevant, and aligned with organisational objectives and applicable legal requirements.
